I strongly recommend a fresh diet, to include a mixture of any of the following:

Fresh Meat

Raw lean ground beef, chicken, lamb or occasionally turkey. Also, good quality canned Salmon (including thebones) at least 3-4 times a week. If not, add Salmon Oil into the meat mixture.

Fresh Vegetables

Pulverize (food process) any combination of these suggestions:

Green leafy-kale, swiss chard, spinach, cabbage, carrots, brussel sprouts, beans, zucchini, broccoli, parsley, green pepper, peas,
etc.- NO ONIONS

Fruits

Apples, ripe bananas, pears, melons, etc. Crush Vegetables & Fruits to an applesauce consistency in a food processor.

Healthy Oil

Salmon oil (needs to be refrigerated), available at health food stores, organic grocery stores

Yogurt

whole milk yogurt with honey

Eggs

Good source top quality protein- 3 to 4 days a week

Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 Tablespoon

Preparation:

Make up a mixture of meat, vegetables, fruits, oil, egg and vinegar once a week and freeze in cupcake liners or baggies for daily meals.
Add Pumpkin - plain, canned 1 or 2 tablespoons may be added for soft stools.

SHAMPOO: HYLYT by DVM (very good). Can get at some vets or a good pet store. RINSE THROUGHLY

CREAM RINSE: DVM also puts out an excellent creme rinse.

Use Pin Brush and Metal Comb which can be acquired at a reputable pet store

~~ TEETH ~~

Need to be brushed at least weekly with a dog toothpaste (not human toothpaste) use small children's brush.

NO FLEA COLLARS OR FLEA DIP- THESE ARE DEADLY TO YORKIES

FLEA SHAMPOOS ARE OK (ADAMS OR MYCODEX ARE GOOD)
